Wix connector

One lifecycle, from the source to job sites.

Your career page stays in place while Enroll Talent adds an indexing and multi-posting layer.

Continuous monitoring

The connector checks Wix at the agreed frequency to identify new jobs and changes.

Normalized data

Titles, descriptions, locations, references, application links, and statuses are mapped to Enroll Talent when supplied by the source.

Orchestrated distribution

Eligible jobs are prepared for activated partners and the specialized network, without duplicate manual entry.

Automated opening

An opening in Wix starts the distribution flow.

A job opened in Wix becomes an active job in Enroll Talent, then is prepared for the configured destinations.

  • Wix remains the source of record for job status.
  • Enroll Talent creates or updates the matching record without re-entry.
  • Distribution is then initiated to configured and eligible destinations.

A closure in Wix stops coordinated distribution.

A job closed in Wix is closed in Enroll Talent, then removal requests are sent to the configured channels.

  • The corresponding job is no longer active in Enroll Talent.
  • Removal requests are sent to configured partners.
  • Removal timing remains subject to each destination’s rules.

FAQ

Questions about the Wix integration.

Is the Wix connection a native integration?

This is a custom integration service. After an audit, our team selects the most reliable authorized method for your Wix environment: an accessible career page, feed, export, or available API.

What happens when a job opens in Wix?

The connector detects the new job at the agreed frequency, normalizes its data, opens it in Enroll Talent, and prepares it for the configured job sites.

What happens when a job closes in Wix?

The detected closure triggers the corresponding closure in Enroll Talent. Removal requests are then sent to configured destinations, subject to their own processing times and rules.

Can jobs be distributed to Indeed, LinkedIn, Talent.com, and Jooble?

Enroll Talent can orchestrate distribution to configured partners. Final publication depends on available integrations, data quality, account eligibility, and each destination’s policies.
